Trailnet’s GIRO DELLA LOU Ride

Sunday, September 6th, please join us for the Trailnet Giro della Lou recreational ride. With distances for a variety of riders—take a tour of historic St. Louis. The Giro Della Lou is our showcase of the City of St. Louis. Giro bursts onto the scene with vibrant energy, swapping the serene forest green for the fiery allure of red brick. Its winding paths weave through the heart of iconic neighborhoods like St. Louis Hills, Carondelet, and the Central West End, offering a thrilling adventure for cyclists. 18 mile, 31 mile, and 51 mile options.
After the ride, stick around to watch the races and enjoy all that the Italian Hill Neighborhood has to offer.
Event Schedule
- 6:30 a.m. Check-in and late registration opens
- 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. Open start window*
- 10:30 a.m. Gateway Cup racing begins!
- 1 p.m. Event ends
*Riders can start anytime between 7 and 8 a.m. but must leave before 8 a.m. The purpose of the 8 a.m. cutoff time is to help us manage SAG and Rest Stop support by knowing how many riders are out on the course. If we allow riders to start later than 8 a.m., we must keep rest stops open much later in the day, which strains our amazing volunteers who have given their time to keep you hydrated and fed. We appreciate your cooperation.

What Your Registration Includes
- Clearly marked routes
- Turn-by-turn navigation via Ride with GPS
- Stocked rest stops with hydration and snacks
- SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles on route to provide basic mechanical and first aid support
- Post-ride snacks and refreshments, including beer from Perennial Artisan Ales!
