BIG FUN FOR THE LITTLE ONES
Calling all kiddos! The Bommarito Audi West County Gateway Cup features events each day that put little riders on the big stage. All participants will receive race finisher ribbons, an official race number and t-shirt. Our kids races are sponsored by local racer Heather Johnson Realty/Dielmann Sothebys.
The Children’s Race is benefiting the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA-STL). Each year we ask for donations in addition to the low cost of registration. Please visit the Children’s Race Registration Tent to find out more. Even if you don’t have a little rider in the race, you’ll want to stop by the Children’s Race registration table to learn more about the AAFA-STL. Win a bike! Each day we will be raffling off a youth bicycle to benefit the AAFA-STL!
We will have races each day for the following age groups:
Big Wheel, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–10, 11–12.
Kids’ race registration will be ON LINE and ON SITE on each day. Helmets ARE required!

About the AAFA-STL
Asthma rates in St. Louis are double the national average and asthma is the #1 reason kids in Missouri are hospitalized. For 40 years, the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, St. Louis Chapter (AAFA-STL) has provided free prescription medication and coaching to help low income children with asthma and allergies thrive. In 2019, 461 children and their families received medication, equipment, and education due to the organization’s support. In addition, AAFA-STL provided school nurses in 295 schools throughout the Greater Metro St. Louis region with nebulizers and other equipment to stop an asthma emergency at school instead of sending children to the emergency room or home.
