Join Square One Brewery and Distillery Friday, September 3rd in Lafayette Square for the Tour de Lafayette. We will have a booth on the corner of Park & Mississippi. Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, we offer a little something for everyone. We invite you to sample our full multi-culturally influenced menu, with a focus on appetizers for sharing. our kitchen is open from 11:00am until 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday and from 11:00am until 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. In addition, from 11:00pm until Midnight we offer a late night bar menu on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday we open for brunch from 10:00 am until 2:00pm and resume regular hours at 9:00pm. Don’t forget to ask about our incredible house-made desserts! The menu will change from time to time, as will the brew selection. We keep 13 beers on tap!

Green Street’s latest project is the 126,000 square foot Chouteau Crossing, located at the northeast corner of Jefferson and Chouteau Avenues. This will be the future home of Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 36 and Dynalabs. The property will feature a green roof, renewable energy in the form of wind turbines and solar panels, a rain water retention system for irrigation and environmentally friendly building materials. The project is on track for LEED Platinum, the highest rating possible, and will be complete in the Spring of 2011.
